All prices listed on myschoolmart.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (where required).
Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier revisions or market fluctuations.
We accept multiple payment modes:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
Online Payment Gateway (when enabled)
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
The SchoolMart reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment failure, stock unavailability, or pricing error.
Delivery is available across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days (depending on location).
Customers must provide accurate address and contact details to ensure successful delivery.
Delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
“Click & Collect” option is available for in-store pickup at our Ghauri Town outlet.
Exchanges and returns are handled as per our official Exchange & Return Policy.
Customers must present the original invoice and ensure that products are unused and in their original condition.
Refunds (if approved) are processed via store credit or bank transfer within 5–7 working days.

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
In case of cancellation due to stock or payment issues, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.
Custom printing, photocopying, and ID card services are non-refundable once completed.
Customers must check digital proofs carefully before confirming print jobs.
The SchoolMart is not liable for spelling or design errors once approved by the customer.
Sizes and book lists vary by school; customers are advised to confirm details before purchase.
Exchange for size errors is allowed within 7 days (if unworn and in original packaging).
Textbooks and exam materials are non-returnable once sold, unless defective or incorrect.
